Mindy attended our July meeting providing us a very comprehensive overview of the amazing services Lydia Place provides our community day in and day out.  Attached are Lydia Place’s wish lists in PDF format for you to download:  (Lydia's Childrens List) (Lydia's Childrens Toy Box List) (Lydia's House list).  If you would like to collect any of these items, you can bring them to either the WWIB Picnic or Sept meeting and Tally will ensure the items get delivered to the organization.

Toy Closet Wish List 2011

• Baby Clothes (New born- 24 months))
• Baby Bibs/pacifiers
• Girl Toys (4-15 years)
  Such as- locking diaries, littliest pet shop, crafts like jewelery making, bracletes, princess dress up clothes, play make up etc.
• Boy Toys (2-15 years)
  Such as- tool kits, skateboards, race tracks, trucks/cars, anything carz themed, transformers, super heroes (batman, superman, iron man) etc.
• baby dolls (that don’t talk), baby items, clothes for baby.
• bike helmets girls and boys (4-16 years)
• art kits for children (3-16 years)
• Larger lego kits for toddlers
• Sport items: basketballs, soccer balls, nerf balls
• dvds or music for kids

**Please no toys with guns, knives, or other weapons.
** Anything underlined we’re out of and is usually in demand for children’s birthdays

• Dishwashing detergent tablets
• Liquid laundry detergent
• Paper towels
• Plates/bowls for kids (plastic) and silverware for kids
• Full size shampoo & conditioners

• Mops and extra heads (durable)

For Art Making and Crafting:
•    Shrinky Dinks
•    Colored wire (for beading)
•    Craft supplies- Glitter glue, stamp pads (washable), buttons, feathers, beads for kids
•    White Sculpey clay (large box)
•    Model Magic clay (all colors)
•    Colored Sculpey clay
•    Locking Diaries for kids
•    Picture frames to decorate (all sizes)
•    Card making supplies
•    Rigid wrap (for mask making)
•    Small Glass jars with lids- canning jars (used for- for parenting jars)
•    Washable markers

For the Children’s Therapeutic Classroom:

•    Wooden blocks for stacking
•    New bean bags for our teen room/ or fill for bean bags!
•    Kids floor rug
•    baby bottles and baby clothes for dolls
•    Potty training seats and little potty chairs (only new please!)
•    Snacks for group- crackers, fruit snacks, granola bars. Anything healthy and nutritious (or a gift card to Costco to buy snacks)
