2026 WWiB Board Members
President shall preside at all meetings of the Board and be ex officio member of all committees. The President may execute instruments, contracts, or other documents on behalf of the corporation, subject to approval of the Board of Directors. The President shall, in consultation with the Executive Committee, approve a written agenda for each meeting, to be available to those in attendance.
Vice President shall, in the absence or disability of the President, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President. The Vice President will partner with the President on issues and opportunities to ensure the smooth running of the Board and the organization. The Vice President shall perform other duties and have such powers as the Board of Directors may prescribe situationally.

2026 WWiB Board Members
Secretary shall attend all meetings and accurately record the minutes at all meetings and sign the minutes after they have been approved by the Board of Directors. Minutes shall include official actions and resolutions. The Secretary shall also carry out or oversee that all responsibilities customary for a corporate secretary are carried out, including the distributing of Board minutes and reports, publishing of all necessary notices, and the handling of other correspondence as directed.
Treasurer shall supervise the accounting of all receipts and disbursements and shall provide a financial report to all the members of the Board at each regular Board meeting. All Officers are authorized to sign checks, by original signature only, so long as consistent with Board approved annual budget. The Board may designate additional signers, as it deems appropriate and necessary.
